YUKEVICH l CAVANAUGH is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with strong organizational skills to provide high level support in a fast-paced environment. This role is located in our Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys by providing support on multiple cases at various stages of the litigation process.

The anticipated salary range for this position is listed below. The compensation may also include a year-end discretionary bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other qualifications specific to the role.
$85,000.00 - $90,000.00

Responsibilities
- Draft routine legal documents.
- Manage multiple cases from start to trial.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and summarize medical records.
- Assist with the preparation of depositions, including gathering and organizing exhibits.
- Assist with trial preparation, pretrial documents including exhibit and witness lists, manage exhibits, and any other duties associated with trial.
- Assist during trial and conduct various document searches and research.
Qualifications
- Minimum five years of litigation experience is required; personal injury experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent oral, organization, and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules, all phases of discovery, and the ability to proofread and cite check documents is required.
- Ability to interact with attorneys, staff, and clients in a professional manner.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and complete work within established deadlines.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and provide additional support as needed.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- A Paralegal Certificate is required.
- Excellent writing and communication skills are required.
- Ability to manage time and priorities in a deadline-driven, fast-paced department.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask.
- Technology savvy and willing to learn new systems.
- Highly responsive and able to work on evenings and weekends when needed to support the department and the Firm’s needs.
