YUKEVICH l CAVANAUGH is seeking a Legal Recruiting Manager who will manage all aspects of recruiting and hiring within the legal department. This includes developing and executing
recruitment strategies, fostering relationships with hiring managers, and working with external recruiting agencies to source, evaluate, and onboard top legal talent. This role requires a deep
understanding of legal talent trends, effective recruitment methods, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously. YUKEVICH l CAVANAUGH looks for people who

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:

Primary Functions and Essential Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and execute comprehensive legal recruiting strategies to attract top-tier legal talent.
• Partner with senior leadership and legal hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create role-specific recruitment plans.
• Stay informed on industry trends and talent pool dynamics to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:
• Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including legal job boards, social media, networking events, and relationships with law schools.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
• Leverage relationships with external recruiters and search firms to identify specialized talent.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing:
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
• Coordinate interviews with attorneys and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Manage candidate experience from first contact through to offer acceptance.
Offer & Negotiation Process:
Offer & Negotiation Process:
• Prepare and extend offers to candidates, including compensation and benefits details, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the negotiation process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on best practices for offer structuring and ensure alignment with budget and compensation frameworks.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience Required
• 5+ years of experience in legal recruiting, with at least 2-3 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of the legal industry, including law firm structures, legal practices, and professional development programs.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruiting strategies and meet hiring goals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting Relationships
This role will report to the Executive Director and Office Managing Partner located in the Los Angeles Office.
Compensation
The anticipated salary range for this position is listed below. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based year-end bonus. Note, the range takes into account a broad
spectrum of qualifications, including, but not limited to, years of relevant work experience, education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role.
$90,000.00 - $100,000.00
